Price announced at launch
Purchasing opens after launch approval. Buying later takes a minute: pay with Stripe, then download from My Software.
- It is downloadable software: a file you open in your web browser on a computer. Tested on macOS in Chrome and WebKit (Safari’s engine); Windows, Edge, Firefox and the Safari app are not yet verified.
- Your records are stored in that browser on that computer. They do not sync between computers or browsers, and they are removed if you clear your browser’s site data or use a private window.
- AXIS never sends email and makes no network connections. Back up with one click; AXIS reminds you.

Companies
Companies with their contacts and opportunities, logos you upload yourself, and warnings when a record looks like a duplicate.
Contacts & leads
People with status, source, follow-up dates and an activity timeline. Email and Call buttons open your own email or phone app.
Opportunities & pipeline
A board with your own stages and probabilities, next steps with dates, health flags (past close date, overdue or missing next step, quiet, stalled) and won/lost tracking.
Tasks & follow-ups
Overdue, Today and Upcoming, with priorities, snooze, follow-up shortcuts and calendar (.ics) reminders.

Offline and local

AXIS CRM is a single file. It needs no installation, no account and no internet connection, and it sends nothing anywhere. That also means:
Stored in this browser on this computer
Records live in the browser’s built-in storage. Each browser keeps its own copy; clearing the browser’s site data, some cleanup tools, or a private window removes or blocks it. Keep backup files.
No sync between computers
Other browsers and other computers don’t see your records. Move them with a backup file. It is for one person.
No email sending
AXIS never sends email. Email and Call buttons open your own email or phone app; AXIS can’t see what you send.
No cloud and no network
No account, no cloud copy and no CRM sync service. AXIS makes no network connections at all.
No AI features
There is no live AI in AXIS CRM. It works the same with the internet switched off.
Browser storage has limits
Browsers can remove data when the disk is nearly full unless they promise to keep it; AXIS shows whether this browser has, and offers “Keep my data”.

What is new in AXIS CRM 1.1, from the changelog included in the download.
- A dashboard with key figures, Needs attention, sales trend and upcoming work; choose which cards you see.
- “Deals” are now Opportunities, with a next step and date, health flags, close dates for won and lost, and keyboard moves on the board.
- Company logos you upload, duplicate warnings and offline checks for common email typos.
- Tasks by Overdue, Today and Upcoming, with snooze and follow-up shortcuts; new activity types Follow-up and Text.
- Ten reports with periods, drill-downs and CSV export.

Upgrading from 1.0: back up first, replace the file and open it in the same browser. Your data upgrades automatically and an untouched copy is kept as a restore point. Earlier versions: 1.0.1 (clearer private-window warnings), 1.0.0 (first release).

FAQ
Questions before you buy.
Is it a subscription?
No. AXIS CRM is planned as a one-time purchase. There is no monthly fee, and nothing stops working if you never pay again.
Does it need the internet?
No. It is one file that runs in your web browser on your computer, fully offline. It makes no network connections at all.
Where is my data?
In your web browser on that computer, in the browser’s built-in storage. Nothing is uploaded. Each browser keeps its own copy, and clearing the browser’s site data removes it, so keep backups: AXIS reminds you when you have no backup from the last 7 days.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
The proposed license allows one person on up to 3 computers. Your records do not sync between them: move them with a backup file.
What if I get a new computer?
Download AXIS CRM again from My Software, open it, and restore your latest backup file. The restore shows what the file contains and saves a restore point before replacing anything.
Which systems does it run on?
Tested with automated checks on macOS in Google Chrome and in WebKit, the engine inside Safari. Not yet verified: Microsoft Edge, the Safari app itself, Firefox, Windows 10 and 11, and phones or tablets (the layout adapts, but it is designed for computers).
I use AXIS CRM 1.0. Can I upgrade?
Yes. Back up first, replace the old AXIS-CRM.html with the new one in the same folder and open it in the same browser. Your data upgrades automatically, and a restore point keeps an untouched copy of your 1.0 data.
What about updates and support?
Bug-fix and minor updates to version 1 are included and appear in My Software. Support is by email at [email protected].
Can I get a refund?
The refund policy is being finalised and will be shown before you pay. A refunded purchase ends the license.
