Every website is a real working preview at a private link, on desktop and phone, before you pay anything.

Launch
Online checkout is not open yet. When your website is ready you reserve it for free, and we email you a secure payment link. The Steadline team then finishes the setup with you, connects your domain and publishes the site on Steadline hosting.

Manage
After launch Steadline hosts the site with SSL and backups, and the team makes up to 30 minutes of edits a month as part of hosting and care. Managing everything yourself from a Steadline account comes later.

Customize your website
Your name, text, photos and colours in the visual editor. Every change can be undone.
Preview it
A private link that works on desktop and phone.
Choose or connect a domain
Today the team connects a domain you already own with you: you add one DNS record to prove it is yours. Searching for and registering a new domain comes later.
Subscribe
Reserve the website for free, then pay through the secure link we email you. Online checkout is not open yet.
Publish
The team publishes the site on Steadline hosting, with SSL.
Manage
Hosting, backups and edits by the team today. A self-service account for edits, domains, exports and billing comes later.
After launch
Steadline keeps working after your site goes live.

A domain you already own
Today, with the Steadline team- Tell us the domain when you reserve your website.
- Add one DNS record at your domain provider. It proves the domain is yours; Steadline only reads public DNS.
- The team points the domain at your new site with you, and SSL is set up.
A new domain
Coming laterSearching for a name and registering it through an approved registrar is planned. Steadline will not show a name as available without the registrar's answer, and nothing will be bought or renewed without your approval. Until then, register a domain wherever you like and connect it as above.

Straight answers.
Do I need an account?
Not to build, preview or reserve a website. Customer accounts are not open yet; they will hold your projects, downloads and billing.
Can I pay online?
Not yet. You reserve the website for free and we email you a secure payment link. Prices are on the pricing page.
What do I own?
Your content, photos, logo and form responses, and your domain stays in your name. The design and copy written for you become yours once the setup fee is paid. The ownership page has the details, including what is not portable.
What about business software?
CRMs and the project tracker are in beta. You can explore them in read-only demos today; the beta opens to the public soon.
Can Steadline build something that is not in the catalog?
Tell us on the contact page. We will say honestly whether a real Steadline product comes close, or quote a custom project after a free consultation.
