I get most of my work from referrals. Why do I need a website?
Referred customers still look you up before they call. A site with your best projects and real reviews helps turn a referral into a booked estimate.
I don't have good photos.
Phone photos of finished jobs work well, and we edit them. Concepts use clearly labelled stock photos; your live site uses your own work in galleries, never stock presented as yours.
Which direction is right for me?
Tell us about your business and we will choose. You can also ask for a different direction for your concept; it is free either way.
What exactly is the free concept?
We look at your current website (or your Google listing, if you don't have a site) and design a homepage concept for your business. You get a private link and a short written review. If you like the concept, we build the full site. If not, you owe nothing, and the review is yours to keep.
Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain is always registered in your name, and your own content and photos are always yours.
On a pay-once plan, the website design and the copy we write for you transfer to you once the setup fee is paid in full. On the $0-down plan, they transfer after the 12th monthly payment, or earlier if you pay the early buyout amount set out in your agreement.
Am I locked into a contract?
No contract on pay-once plans: hosting and care are month to month, and you can cancel by email (it takes effect at the end of the billing period). The $0-down plan has a 12-month term, because we cover the cost of the build upfront. Either way, everything is written down in a service agreement before you pay anything.
