Services Custom software & CRM

Software that fits how your team already works.

When spreadsheets, sticky notes and a dozen apps stop keeping up, we build the system your business actually needs: customer management, pipelines, dashboards and internal tools, connected to the software you already use.

01 What we build

Shaped around your operation, not a template.

  • Customer-management systems

One place for customers, jobs, conversations and history, designed around your process rather than a generic CRM's.

  • Sales pipelines & lead tracking

Every lead from first contact to signed job, with stages, owners and follow-up dates that match how you sell.

  • Operational dashboards

The numbers you check every morning, in one screen: work in progress, revenue, response times, bottlenecks.

  • Internal business applications

Purpose-built tools for intake, scheduling, quoting, inventory or approvals: the tasks your team does every day.

  • Reporting tools

Clear, repeatable reports instead of manual exports and copy-paste every month.

  • Workflow integrations

Your website, forms, email, accounting and scheduling tools talking to each other, so data is entered once.

02 Typical starting points

Where businesses usually begin.

Examples of the kinds of problems we scope. Every project is defined with you first.

  • Leads are scatteredInquiries arrive by phone, form, text and email, and nobody can see them all.
  • Quotes go quietEstimates are sent and never followed up because there is no system to remind anyone.
  • Reporting takes a daySomeone rebuilds the same spreadsheet every week.
  • Off-the-shelf doesn't fitYou pay for a big CRM and use a tenth of it, while still keeping a spreadsheet on the side.

03 How a project works

Consultation first. Then a written scope.

Custom work is never sold off a menu. We price it once we both know exactly what is being built.

  1. 01

    Consultation

A free conversation about your current process, tools and pain points.

  2. 02

    Discovery

We map the workflow, the data and the integrations, and agree what success looks like.

  3. 03

    Written scope & quote

Features, integrations, milestones, timeline and price, in writing. You approve before work begins.

  4. 04

    Build in milestones

Working software early, reviewed with you at each milestone.

  5. 05

    Launch & handoff

Data migration, training and documentation, with your approval to go live.

  6. 06

    Support (optional)

Hosting, maintenance and improvements, quoted separately if you want them.

What we won't promise: fixed prices before we understand the work, timelines we have not scoped, or replacing systems you rely on without a migration plan you have approved.

FAQ Questions

Questions, answered.

Something else? Ask us directly.

How are software and automation projects priced?

After a free consultation we send a written scope: what we will build, what it connects to, milestones and a fixed quote or estimate range. Nothing is built or charged before you approve it. Ongoing hosting or support is quoted separately and only if you need it.

Do we own the software?

Ownership, licensing and hosting are written into each project agreement before work begins, so you know exactly what you are getting.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. Many projects connect existing tools rather than replace them. Discovery confirms what is possible with each system's official integrations.

Why don't you show client work or reviews?

Because we don't have any yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. Steadline is a new studio. Everything on our Work page is a concept demonstration for a fictional company. The free concept exists so you can judge our work on your own business before deciding anything.
