§03Process

From plans to pour

  1. Request

    Send plans, quantities and the pour window through the bid form, or call the office.

  2. Review

    Drawings, subgrade and access are reviewed before anything is priced.

  3. Bid

    A line-item bid: formwork, reinforcement, placement, finish and pump, priced separately.

  4. Schedule

    Pour dates are confirmed against inspections and the weather window.

  5. Pour

    Crew, pump and finishers on site, with one point of contact for the super.
